Gazebo
The gazebo at Magnolia Ranch Venue is the perfect place to celebrate an event because it offers a spacious, naturally beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by open skies and Texas country charm, creating a magical backdrop with stunning lighting that makes every moment photo-worthy while accommodating your guests.
Bar Area
The bar area at Magnolia Ranch Venue is a fully appointed space for beverage service, which allows you to set up a cocktail bar area that can serve as a centerpiece for your party to create a sophisticated beverage experience with everything from craft cocktails to simple beer service.
Ample Seating
With two main options, being the main one under the “Gazebo” where you can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests or you can opt for a tent setup in our ample gardens.
Outdoor Transitions
Outdoor transition areas connect different parts of the venue, allowing guests to move comfortably between the gazebo, bar area, and seating sections while enjoying the natural outdoor setting and “Country Vibe” atmosphere.
Open Areas
Magnolia Ranch Venue is designed for providing breathing room for guests to mingle, take photos, or simply relax in the fresh air throughout your celebration.
Main Seating

I just celebrated my 30th birthday at this venue with my closest girlfriends, and it was absolutely incredible! I wanted a getaway near San Antonio where we could all be together without feeling too far from home. They had our reserved area beautifully set up with perfect lighting for all our photo ops (and trust me, we took A LOT of pictures!). The sound system was fantastic for our curated playlist, and the staff even helped us set up a fun cocktail bar area that became the centerpiece of our party. They were attentive without being intrusive, making sure we had everything we needed while giving us the freedom to enjoy our girls' night. The flexibility with bringing in our own decorations and working with our caterer made planning so much easier. Thank you for helping me create such unforgettable memories with my favorite people!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and the incredible team that helped make my daughter's quinceañera absolutely perfect! From our very first tour, I knew this was the right place to celebrate her special day. The Gazebo was spacious enough for all of our guests, and the beautiful lighting made everything look magical in our photos. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests—from setting up a stunning entrance for my daughter's grand presentation to making sure the dance floor was ready for her waltz and surprise dance. They were so patient with us during the planning process and helped coordinate with our caterer, DJ, and decorator to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of the event, the venue coordinator was there every step of the way, keeping everything on schedule so I could actually enjoy watching my little girl become a young woman. The getting-ready room was perfect for my daughter and her court to prepare, and the staff even helped us with our timeline when we were running a few minutes behind.
